Two ways to work with us

A predictable fixed fee, or a partnership where we share in the growth we create. Both get the same team, the same systems and the same standards.

Fixed Fee

You own the P&L, we execute

A clear monthly fee for a clear scope. Best when you want predictable costs and full control of the growth budget.

  • Dedicated specialist team with senior review
  • Written 90-day plan against a measured baseline
  • Weekly reporting in plain numbers
  • Cancel with notice — no long lock-ins

Best for: Established sellers who want predictable costs

Growth Partner

We co-own the outcome

A smaller working fee plus a share of the incremental sales we create above a contracted baseline. We qualify every partnership carefully — when we take one on, we are invested in it.

  • Everything in Fixed Fee
  • Baseline and incremental-sales definition contracted in writing
  • Quarterly strategy reviews with senior leadership
  • Priority access to our staffing bench and tools

Best for: Growing sellers ready to scale with us invested alongside

Who qualifies for the growth-partner model

We co-invest our working hours in your growth, so we qualify every partnership carefully. Sellers who are not there yet start on a fixed-fee engagement and re-apply as they grow.

  • Consistent monthly marketplace sales with growth headroom in the category
  • Healthy product margins with room for advertising investment
  • Working capital to keep inventory reliably in stock
  • Clean account health
  • A weekly 30-minute review with the decision-maker

Common questions

How is "incremental" defined?+

Before we start, we contract a baseline from your recent trailing sales, in writing. The share applies only to sales above that baseline, net of returns — so you never pay a share on what you were already doing.

Can we switch models later?+

Yes. Many sellers start on a fixed fee and move to the partnership model once the account and the working relationship are proven.

What happens during festival seasons and returns?+

The contract defines measurement windows and a returns true-up in advance, so seasonal spikes and post-season returns are handled by the agreement — not by argument.

Not sure which model fits? Start with the baseline.

The baseline audit tells us both what your account can carry — then the right model chooses itself.
